Quality Health Associates of North Dakota is excited to share that we will be partnering with Comagine Health and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in advancing the American Indian Alaskan Native Quality (AIAN) Improvement Program. This crucial program works with healthcare providers in tribally managed facilities, Urban Indian Organizations, Indian Health Service (IHS) facilities, and AIAN Nursing Homes nationwide and focuses on improving health care quality integrated with Indigenous values and practices. Comagine Health will lead this important work alongside Mountain Pacific Quality Health, Stratis Health and Telligen, with additional support from Health Services Advisory Group and South Dakota Foundation for Medical Care.
